«إذا التقى الختانان وغابت الحشفة فقد وجب الغسل أنزل أم لم ينزل»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When the two circumcised parts meet and the glans (the head of the male organ) disappears, the ritual bath (ghusl) becomes obligatory, whether or not there is ejaculation."
