«إذا أفضى أحدكم بيده إلى فرجه وليس بينه وبينها حجاب ولا ستر فقد وجب عليه الوضوء»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When any of you extends his hand to his private part, with no covering or cloth between his hand and it, then ablution has certainly become obligatory upon him."
