«إذا أسلم العبد فحسن إسلامه كتب الله له كل حسنة كان أسلفها ومحيت عنه كل سيئة كان أزلفها, ثم كان بعد ذلك القصاص الحسنة بعشر أمثالها إلى سبعمائة ضعف والسيئة بمثلها إلا أن يتجاوز الله عنها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a servant accepts Islam and his Islam becomes excellent, Allah Almighty records for him every good deed he did before (in the state of disbelief), and every sin he committed before is erased from him. Then after that, the recompense (for good and bad deeds) is such that a good deed is rewarded with ten like it up to seven hundred times, and an evil deed is recompensed only with its equal, unless Allah Almighty overlooks it."
