Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 335 — When a man accepts Islam, he has
«إذا أسلم الرجل فهو أحق بأرضه وماله»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a man accepts Islam, he has the greatest right to his land and his wealth."
