«إذا استيقظ أحدكم من منامه فتوضأ فليستنثر ثلاث مرات فإن الشيطان يبيت على خياشيمه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you wakes from his sleep and performs ablution (wudu), let him blow out his nose three times, for Satan spends the night in the upper part of his nose (the upper part of the nostrils)."
