«إذا استيقظ أحدكم فليقل: الحمد لله الذي رد على روحي وعافاني في جسدي وأذن لي بذكره»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you wakes from sleep, let him say: Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi radda 'alayya ruhi wa 'afani fi jasadi wa adhina li bi-dhikrih (All praise is for Allah, who returned my soul to me, granted me well-being in my body and permitted me to remember Him)."
