«خصلتان لا يحافظ عليهما عبد مسلم إلا دخل الجنة ألا وهما يسير ومن يعمل بهما قليل يسبح الله في دبر كل صلاة عشرا ويحمده عشرا ويكبره عشرا فذلك خمسون ومائة باللسان وألف وخمسمائة في الميزان ويكبر أربعا وثلاثين إذا أخذ مضجعه ويحمده ثلاثا وثلاثين ويسبح ثلاثا وثلاثين فتلك مائة باللسان وألف في الميزان فأيكم يعمل في اليوم والليلة ألفين وخمسمائة سيئة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There are two practices which no Muslim servant keeps up without entering Paradise. Indeed, they are easy, yet those who act upon them are few: that he says Subhan Allah ten times after every prayer, Alhamdulillah ten times and Allahu akbar ten times - that makes one hundred and fifty on the tongue and fifteen hundred in the Scale; and that when he goes to his bed he says Allahu akbar thirty-four times, Alhamdulillah thirty-three times and Subhan Allah thirty-three times - that makes one hundred on the tongue and one thousand in the Scale. So which of you commits two thousand five hundred sins in a day and a night?"
