«إذا أحب الله عبدا نادى جبريل: إن الله يحب فلانا فأحبه فيحبه جبريل فينادي جبريل في أهل السماء: إن الله يحب فلانا فأحبوه فيحبه أهل السماء ثم يوضع له القبول في الأرض»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When Allah Almighty loves a servant, He calls Jibril (peace be upon him): 'Allah loves so-and-so, so you love him too.' So Jibril also comes to love him. Then Jibril calls out among the inhabitants of the heaven: 'Allah Almighty loves so-and-so, so you love him too.' So the inhabitants of the heaven also come to love him, and then acceptance is placed for him among the people of the earth."
