«الأمراء من قريش ما عملوا فيكم بثلاث: ما رحموا إذا استرحموا وأقسطوا إذا قسموا وعدلوا إذا حكموا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The rulers will be from Quraysh as long as they act among you upon three things: when they are asked for mercy, they show mercy; when they distribute wealth, they do so fairly; and when they judge, they act with justice."
