"أيما امرئ مات وعنده مال امرئ بعينه ¤ اقتضى منه شيئا أو لم يقتض فهو أسوة الغرماء"
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever dies while he has with him the very property of another person, whether he (the creditor) has received something from it or has not, then he (the owner) will be treated the same as the other creditors."
