«ألا تبايعوني على أن تعبدوا الله ولا تشركوا به شيئا وأن تقيموا الصلوات الخمس وتؤتوا الزكاة وتسمعوا وتطيعوا ولا تسألوا الناس شيئا؟»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Will you not pledge allegiance to me on the condition that you worship Allah alone, associate nothing with Him, establish the five prayers, pay zakah, listen and obey (those in authority), and ask people for nothing?"
