«إن هذا أمر كتبه الله على بنات آدم فاغتسلي وأهلي بالحج واقضي ما يقضي الحاج غير أن لا تطوفي بالبيت ولا تصلي»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, this is a matter that Allah has decreed for the daughters of Adam (women). So take a ritual bath (ghusl), enter the state of ihram for Hajj, and perform all the rites that a pilgrim performs, except that you should not perform tawaf of the House (the Ka'bah) and should not pray."
