«إن رجلا قال: والله لا يغفر الله لفلان قال الله: من ذا الذي يتألى علي أن لا أغفر لفلان؟! فإني قد غفرت لفلان وأحبطت عملك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, a man said: 'By Allah! Allah will never forgive so-and-so.' So Allah Almighty said: 'Who is it that swears by Me that I will not forgive so-and-so?! I have indeed forgiven so-and-so and have nullified your (acts of worship) deeds.'"
