«إن اليدين يسجدان كما يسجد الوجه فإذا وضع أحدكم وجهه فليضع يديه وإذا رفعه فليرفعهما»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, the two hands prostrate just as the face prostrates, so when one of you places his face (on the ground), let him place his hands as well, and when he raises his face, let him raise them too."
