«إن المتبايعين بالخيار في بيعهما ما لم يتفرقا أو يكون البيع خيارا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, the buyer and the seller both have the option in their transaction as long as they have not separated from each other, or unless the sale itself was made with a stipulated option."
