«إن الله قسم لكل وارث نصيبه من الميراث ولا تجوز لوارث وصية الولد للفراش وللعاهر الحجر ومن ادعى إلى غير أبيه أو تولى غير مواليه رغبة عنهم فعليه لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين ولا يقبل الله منه صرفا ولا عدلا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, Allah Almighty has appointed for every heir his share of the inheritance, so making a bequest for an heir is not permissible. The child belongs to the (husband who owns the) bed, and for the fornicator is the stone (deprivation). Whoever deliberately claims to belong to someone other than his father, or a freed slave who turns away from his patrons and attributes himself to others, upon him is the curse of Allah Almighty, the angels and all the people, and Allah Almighty will not accept from him any obligatory or voluntary deed."
