«إن الله قد أعطى كل ذي حق حقه فلا وصية لوارث الولد للفراش وللعاهر الحجر وحسابهم على الله ومن ادعى إلى غير أبيه أو انتمى إلى غير مواليه فعليه لعنة الله التابعة إلى يوم القيامة ولا تنفق امرأة شيئا من بيت زوجها إلا بإذن زوجها قيل: ولا الطعام؟ قال: ذلك أفضل أموالنا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, Allah Almighty has given everyone who has a right his due right, so making a bequest for an heir is not permissible. The child belongs to the (husband who owns the) bed, and for the fornicator is the stone (deprivation), and their reckoning is with Allah. Whoever claims to belong to someone other than his father, or a freed slave who attributes himself to other than his patrons, upon him is the continuous curse of Allah until the Day of Resurrection. And no woman should spend anything from her husband's house without her husband's permission." It was asked: "Not even food?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "That is the best of our wealth."
