«إن الله استقبل بي الشام وولى ظهري اليمن وقال لي: يا محمد إني جعلت لك ما تجاهك غنيمة ورزقا وما خلف ظهرك مددا ولا يزال الإسلام يزيد وينقص الشرك وأهله حتى تسير المرأتان لا تخشيان إلا جورا والذي نفسي بيده لا تذهب الأيام والليالي حتى يبلغ هذا الدين مبلغ هذا النجم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, Allah Almighty turned my face towards al-Sham and my back towards Yemen, and said to me: O Muhammad! I have made what is in front of you a source of spoils and provision for you, and what is behind your back a source of support for you. Islam will continue to increase, and shirk and the polytheists will continue to decrease, until two women will travel together fearing nothing except injustice. And by the One in whose hand is my soul! The days and nights will not come to an end until this religion reaches as far as this star reaches."
