«إن الصعيد الطيب وضوء المسلم وإن لم يجد الماء عشر سنين فإذا وجد الماء فليمسه بشرته فإن ذلك هو خير»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, clean earth is the ablution (and purification) of the Muslim, even if he does not find water for ten years. So when he finds water, let him pour it over his body (skin), for that is better for him."
