«أتيت ليلة أسري بي فانطلق بي إلى زمزم فشرح عن صدري ثم غسل بماء زمزم ثم أنزل»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"On the night of the Mi'raj (angels) came to me and took me to the water of Zamzam; then my chest was opened, then it was washed with the water of Zamzam, and then it was put back in its place and closed."
