«اقرءوا القرآن فإنكم تؤجرون عليه أما إني لا أقول: ألم حرف ولكن ألف عشر ولام عشر وميم عشر فتلك ثلاثون»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Recite the Qur'an, for you will be rewarded for it. Indeed, I do not say that Alif-Lam-Mim is one letter; rather, for Alif there are ten good deeds, for Lam ten and for Mim ten, so altogether that makes thirty good deeds."
