Umm Kulthum, daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) (may Allah be pleased with her)

It is narrated from Mus'ab bin Abdullah al-Zubayri, who said: The name of Sayyidah Umm Kulthum (may Allah be pleased with her), the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), was Aminah. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) married her to Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) after Sayyidah Ruqayyah, in the month of Rabi' al-Awwal. She was sent to his home in the month of Jumada al-Akhirah in the year 8 AH, and she passed away while still married to Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) in the month of Sha'ban in the year 9 AH. Sayyidah Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah, together with other women of the Ansar, washed her.

It is narrated from Yahya bin Sa'id that Sayyidah Ruqayyah (may Allah be pleased with her), the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), passed away, and Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) married Sayyidah Umm Kulthum (may Allah be pleased with her), the (other) daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs, but they did not record it.
