حدثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا بَحر بن نَصر الخَوْلاني، حدثنا عبد الله بن وهب، أخبرني عمرو بن الحارث، عن دَرّاج، عن أبي الهيثم، عن أبي سعيد، أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قال: "إذا كان يوم القيامةِ عُرَّفَ (1) الكافِرُ بعملِهِ فَجَحَدَ وخاصمَ، فيقول له: جيرانك يَشهَدون عليك، فيقول: كَذَّبوا، فيقال: أهلُك وعشيرتُك، فيقول: كَذَبوا، فيقال: احْلِفُوا، فيَحلِفون، ثم يُصمِتُهم اللهُ، ويَشْهَدُ عليهم ألسنتُهم، فيُدخِلُهم النارَ" (2).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When it is the Day of Resurrection, the disbeliever will be shown his deeds, and he will deny them and dispute. It will be said to him: 'Your neighbours bear witness against you.' He will say: 'They have lied.' Then it will be said: 'Your family and your clan (bear witness).' He will say: 'They have lied.' Then it will be said: 'Swear an oath,' and they will swear. Then Allah Almighty will silence them, and their tongues will bear witness against them, and then He will admit them into Hell."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.

(1) تحرّف في (ز) و (ب) إلى: عرى، ومكانها في (م) بياض، وسقطت من (ك). والتصويب من مصادر التخريج.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): (1) In manuscripts (Z) and (B) this has been corrupted into "عرى", in manuscript (M) there is a blank space in its place, and it has dropped out of manuscript (K). The correction is from the sources of the takhrij.
(2) إسناده ضعيف لضعف درّاج في أبي الهيثم.
Grading: (2) Its chain is weak because Darraj's narration from Abu al-Haytham is weak.
وأخرجه الطبري 18/ 105، وابن أبي حاتم 8/ 2558، والثعلبي 8/ 134 - ثلاثتهم في "التفسير"- من طريقين عن ابن وهب، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Al-Tabari 18/ 105, Ibn Abi Hatim 8/ 2558 and al-Tha'labi 8/ 134, all three in their "Tafsir" works, narrated it by two routes from Ibn Wahb, with this chain.
وأخرجه أسد بن موسى في "الزهد" (92)، وأبو يعلى (1392) من طريق عبد الله بن لهيعة، عن دراج، به.
Reference / Source: Asad bin Musa narrated it in "al-Zuhd" (92), and Abu Ya'la (1392), by way of 'Abd Allah bin Lahi'ah, from Darraj, with it.
