إِذَا لَمْ يَبْقَ مِنَ الْحَسَنَاتِ فَيُحْمَلُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنَ الْأَوْزَارِ
When no good deeds remain, sins will be loaded on him on the Day of Resurrection

حدثنا الحسن بن يعقوب العَدْل، حدثنا يحيى بن أبي طالب، أخبرنا عبد الوهاب بن عطاء، أخبرنا الفضل بن عيسى الرَّقَاشي، عن محمد بن المُنكدِر، عن جابر بن عبد الله قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "إنَّ العارَ لَيَلزَمُ المرءَ يومَ القيامة حتى يقول: يا ربِّ، لإَرسالُك بي إلى النار، أُيسرُ عليَّ ممّا أَلقَى، وإنه لَيعلمُ ما فيها من شدَّةِ العذاب" (2).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, on the Day of Resurrection shame and disgrace will cling to a person to such an extent that he will cry out: O my Lord, my being sent to Hell would be easier for me than this (humiliation) I am facing, even though he will know well how severe the punishment in that Fire is."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

(2) إسناده ضعيف جدًّا من أجل الفضل بن عيسى، فإنه واهٍ كما قال الذهبي في "تلخيصه". وأخرجه البزار (3423) - كشف الأستار) عن محمد بن منصور الطوسي، عن عبد الوهاب بن عطاء، بهذا الإسناد. وقال فيه: "إنَّ العرق ليلزم المرء … ".
Grading: Its chain is "very weak" because of al-Fadl bin 'Isa, since he is "wahin" (extremely feeble), as al-Dhahabi said in the "Talkhis".
Reference / Source: Al-Bazzar (3423 - Kashf al-Astar) narrated it from Muhammad bin Mansur al-Tusi, from Abd al-Wahhab bin 'Ata', with this same chain. In it the wording is: "Indeed, sweat will cling to a person..."
وأخرجه حسين المروزي في زياداته على "زهد ابن المبارك" (1320)، وأبو يعلى في "مسنده" (1776)، وابن عدي في "الكامل" 6/ 13 من طريق معتمر بن سليمان، عن الفضل بن عيسى، به. وفي حديثه: "إنَّ العار والخزية ....
Reference / Source: Husayn al-Marwazi in his additions to "Zuhd Ibn al-Mubarak" (1320), Abu Ya'la in his "Musnad" (1776) and Ibn 'Adi in "al-Kamil" (6/13) narrated it via Mu'tamir bin Sulayman, from al-Fadl bin 'Isa. In his hadith the wording is: "Indeed, shame and disgrace..."
