إِذَا لَمْ يَبْقَ مِنَ الْحَسَنَاتِ فَيُحْمَلُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنَ الْأَوْزَارِ

أخبرني أبو عبد الله محمد بن علي الصَّنعاني بمكة حَرَسها الله، حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم الدَّبَري، أخبرنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا عبد الله بن بَحِير، عن عبد الرحمن بن يزيد قال: سمعت ابنَ عمر يقول: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "من سَرَّه أن يَنظُرَ إلى يوم القيامة كأنه رأيُ عينٍ، فليقرأ: ﴿إِذَا الشَّمْسُ كُوِّرَتْ﴾ و ﴿إِذَا السَّمَاءُ انْفَطَرَتْ﴾ و ﴿إِذَا السَّمَاءُ انْشَقَّتْ﴾ (1).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever would like to see the Day of Resurrection as if it were before his eyes, let him recite 'When the sun is wrapped up' [Surah al-Takwir: 1], 'When the heaven breaks apart' [Surah al-Infitar: 1] and 'When the heaven is split open' [Surah al-Inshiqaq: 1]."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

(1) إسناده حسن من أجل عبد الرحمن بن يزيد الصنعاني.
Grading: Its chain is "hasan" because of Abd al-Rahman bin Yazid al-San'ani.
وأخرجه أحمد 8/ (4934)، والترمذي (3333) من طريق عبد الرزاق بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Ahmad (8/4934) and al-Tirmidhi (3333) recorded it via Abd al-Razzaq with this same chain.
وسلف برقم (3944) من طريق هشام بن يوسف الصنعاني عن عبد الله بن بحير.
Note / Clarification: This narration has already appeared at number (3944) via Hisham bin Yusuf al-San'ani, from Abd Allah bin Buhayr.
