It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I will be the master of all people on the Day of Resurrection. My Lord will call me and I will say: 'Labbayka wa sa'dayka, tabarakta labbayka wa hananayka, wal-mahdiyyu man hadayta, wa 'abduka bayna yadayka, la malja'a wa la manja minka illa ilayka, tabarakta rabbal-bayt' (Here I am, ever ready to obey You; You are blessed. Here I am, seeking Your mercy. Rightly guided is only the one whom You guide. Your servant is present before You. There is no refuge and no path of salvation from You except towards You. O Lord of the House, You are most blessed)." He (peace and blessings be upon him) further said: "Indeed, slandering a chaste woman destroys a hundred years of (good) deeds."
All the narrators of this hadith are acceptable as proof except Layth bin Abi Sulaym, and Imam Muslim has recorded him as a supporting narrator (shahid).

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Note / Clarification: In the manuscripts (the word Layth) is distorted and written as "بن". Layth is "Layth bin Abi Sulaym", and Abu Ishaq is "'Amr bin Abd Allah al-Sabi'i".
(3424). Grading: The first part of the hadith is "sahih". It has been narrated from Abu Ishaq through several routes, but "mawquf" (as the statement of a Companion), as was explained with the author (al-Hakim) earlier under number (3424). Technical note / Defect ('illah): In the second part of the hadith, Layth bin Abi Sulaym is alone in narrating it from Abu Ishaq, and Layth is "da'if" (weak) and "sayyi' al-hifz" (of poor memory). Technical note / Defect ('illah): Al-Nufayli is "Abu Ja'far Abd Allah bin Muhammad bin 'Ali bin Nufayl al-Harrani". Reference / Source: Abu Nu'aym recorded it with both parts in "Hilyat al-Awliya'" (4/349) via Ahmad bin Abi Shu'ayb al-Harrani, from Musa bin A'yan, with this same chain. Reference / Source: And al-Tabarani recorded the first part in "al-Awsat" (1058) from Ahmad bin Abd al-Rahman bin 'Iqal, from Abu Ja'far al-Nufayli. Reference / Source: Likewise al-Khara'iti in "Makarim al-Akhlaq" (529) and al-Bayhaqi in "al-Qada' wa al-Qadar" (398) recorded it via Abu al-Shaykh al-Harrani, from Musa bin A'yan. Reference / Source: And the second part was recorded by al-Bazzar in his "Musnad" (2929), al-Khara'iti in "Masawi' al-Akhlaq" (748) and al-Tabarani in "al-Kabir" (3023) through several routes from Musa bin A'yan.
(2066). Note / Clarification: That is, Muslim included Layth bin Abi Sulaym in a chain not relied upon on its own; rather, he paired him with another narrator (maqrun), namely Abu Ishaq al-Shaybani, in the hadith of al-Bara' bin 'Azib at number (2066).
