مِنَ السُّنَّةِ إِذَا دَخَلْتَ الْمَسْجِدَ أَنْ تَبْدَأَ بِرِجْلِكَ الْيُمْنَى وَإِذَا خَرَجْتَ أَنْ تَبْدَأَ بِرِجْلِكَ الْيُسْرَى

حدَّثَناه أبو بكر بن إسحاق، أخبرنا عُبيد بن محمد بن خَلَف، حدثنا عُقْبة بن مُكرَم، حدثنا سَلْم بن قُتيبة، عن هارون بن مُسلِم، عن قَتَادة، عن معاوية بن قُرَّة، عن أبيه قال: كنا نُنهَى عن الصلاة بين السَّوَاري، ونُطرَدُ عنها طردًا (2). كلا الإسنادين صحيحان، ولم يُخرجا في هذا الباب شيئًا.

Sayyiduna Qurrah bin Iyas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We used to be forbidden from praying between the pillars, and we would be firmly driven away from there.

وأخرجه ابن ماجه (1002)، وابن حبان (2219) من طريقين عن أبي قتيبة سَلْم بن قتيبة، بهذا الإسناد. وقرن ابن ماجه بأبي قتيبة أبا داود الطيالسي، وقرن ابن حبان به يحيى بنَ حماد.
