حدثنا أبو بكر إسماعيل بن محمد بن إسماعيل الفقيه بالرَّيّ، حدثنا أبو بكر بن الفَرَج الأزرق، حدثنا حَجّاج بن محمد، حدثنا عبد الملك بن قُدَامة الجُمَحي، عن إسحاق بن بكر، عن سعيد بن أبي سعيد، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال: "سيأتي على الناس سِنُونَ يُصدَّقُ فيها الكاذبُ، ويُكذَّب فيها الصادق، ويُخوَّن فيها الأَمين (1)، ويَنطِقُ فيها الرُّوَيبِضةُ" قال: قيل: يا رسول الله، وما الرُّويبضة؟ قال: "السَّفيهُ يتكلَّم في أمرِ العامَّةِ" (2).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Years will come upon the people in which the liar will be believed and the truthful one will be belied, the trustworthy will be deemed treacherous, and in them the 'Ruwaybidah' will speak." It was said: O Messenger of Allah, what is the 'Ruwaybidah'? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The foolish and base person who speaks about the (political and social) affairs of the general public."

(1) زاد في "تلخيص الذهبي": ويؤتمن فيها الخائن.
Textual verification: "Talkhis al-Dhahabi" adds: "ويؤتمن فيها الخائن" (and in it the treacherous will be trusted).
(2) حديث حسن، وهذا إسناد ضعيف لضعف عبد الملك بن قدامة وجهالة إسحاق بن بكر.
Grading: The hadith is hasan, but this chain is weak because of the weakness of 'Abd al-Malik bin Qudamah and because Ishaq bin Bakr is unknown (majhul).
وقد سلف برقم (8645).
Note: This narration has already passed at number (8645).
