Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up for the second rak'ah, he would begin the recitation with "All praise is for Allah, the Lord of the worlds" without pausing.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, but they did not record it in this way.

Grading: (2) Its chain is sahih.
Reference / Source: Imam Muslim (599) narrated it mu'allaq, saying that it was narrated to him from Yahya bin Hassan and Yunus al-Mu'addib with the chain of 'Abd al-Wahid bin Ziyad.
Reference / Source: Ibn Hibban (1936) narrated it with the chain of Yunus bin Muhammad al-Mu'addib from 'Abd al-Wahid.
(Clarification): "wa lam yaskut" means: the silence that comes before the Fatihah in the first rak'ah (i.e., he did not observe it in the second rak'ah).

Technical note: (3) This negation is not absolute, since Imam Muslim narrated it mu'allaq, as mentioned above.
