Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: Its chain is "hasan" because of al-'Aqqar bin al-Mughirah; a group narrated from him, but no declaration of his trustworthiness is reported from anyone other than al-'Ijli and Ibn Hibban. Sufyan is Ibn 'Uyaynah. Corroborating chains and supporting reports: Ahmad 30/ (18200) narrated it from Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah, with this same chain. Corroborating chains and supporting reports: Ahmad (18180), (18217) and (18221), Ibn Majah (3489), al-Tirmidhi (2055), al-Nasa'i (7561), and Ibn Hibban (6087) narrated it through two routes from Mujahid, with the same chain. And al-Tirmidhi said: The hadith is "hasan sahih".
