رُؤْيَا النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ - جِبْرِيلَ وَمِيكَائِيلَ 8249 - أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الشَّعْرَانِيُّ ، ثَنَا جَدِّي ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِلَالٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، أَنَّ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا - قَالَ : خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَوْمًا فَقَالَ : " إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ فِي الْمَنَامِ كَأَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ - عِنْدَ رَأْسِي وَمِيكَائِيلَ عِنْدَ رِجْلَيَّ ، يَقُولُ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ : اضْرِبْ لَهُ مِثْلًا ، فَقَالَ : اسْمَعْ سَمِعَ أُذُنُكَ وَاعْقِلْ عَقِلَ قَلْبُكَ ، مَثَلُكَ وَمَثَلُ أُمَّتِكَ كَمَثَلِ مَلِكٍ اتَّخَذَ دَارًا ثُمَّ بَنَى فِيهَا بَيْتًا ثُمَّ جَعَلَ فِيهَا مَأْدُبَةً ، ثُمَّ بَعَثَ رَسُولًا يَدْعُو النَّاسَ إِلَى طَعَامِهِ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَجَابَ الرَّسُولَ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ تَرَكَهُ ، فَاللَّهُ هُوَ الْمَلِكُ ، وَالدَّارُ الْإِسْلَامُ ، وَالْبَيْتُ الْجَنَّةُ ، وَأَنْتَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ رَسُولٌ مَنْ أَجَابَكَ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ أَكَلَ مَا فِيهَا "

أخبرني إسماعيل بن محمد بن الفَضْل الشَّعْراني، حدَّثنا جَدِّي، حدَّثنا عبد الله بن صالح، حدثني الليث، عن خالد بن يزيد، عن سعيد بن أبي هلال، عن عطاء، أن جابر بن عبد الله الأنصاري قال: خَرَجَ إلينا رسول الله ﷺ يومًا فقال: "إني رأيتُ في المنام كأنَّ جبريلَ عند رأسي، وميكائيلَ عند رِجليَّ، يقول أحدُهُما لصاحبه: اضربْ له مَثَلًا، فقال: اسمَعْ سَمِعَت أذنُك، واعقِلْ عَقَلَ قلبُك: مَثَلُك ومَثَلُ أُمَّتِك كمَثَل مَلِكٍ اتَّخَذ دارًا، ثم بَنَى فيها بيتًا، ثم جعل فيها مائدةً، ثم بَعَث رسولًا يدعو الناسَ إلى طعامِه، فمنهم من أجاب الرسولَ ومنهم من تَرَكه؛ والله: هو المَلِكُ، والدارُ: الإسلامُ، والبيتُ: الجنّةُ، وأنت يا محمدُ رسولٌ، من أجابك دَخَل الجنّة، ومن دخل الجنة أَكل ما فيها" (2).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came out to us one day and said: "I saw in a dream as though Jibril were at my head and Mika'il at my feet. One of them said to his companion: Strike a parable for him. Then he said: Listen, may your ear hear; and understand, may your heart understand. The parable of you and your nation is like that of a king who took an enclosure, then built a house in it, then laid out a table in it, then sent a messenger to invite the people to his food. Some of them accepted the messenger's invitation and some of them ignored him. Allah is the king, the enclosure is Islam, the house is Paradise, and you, O Muhammad, are the Messenger of Allah. Whoever accepts your invitation enters Paradise, and whoever enters Paradise eats all that is in it."
