حدثنا بكر بن محمد الصَّيرَفي بمَرْو، حدثنا عبد الصمد بن الفضل البَلْخي، حدثنا مكيُّ بن إبراهيم، حدثنا عبد الله بن سعيد بن أبي هندٍ، عن أبيه، عن ابن عباس قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "نِعمَتانِ مَغبونٌ فيهما كثيرٌ من الناس: الصِّحةُ والفَرَاغُ" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه!

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are two blessings regarding which most people are at a loss: health and free time."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.

Grading: Its chain is sahih.
وأخرجه أحمد 4 / (2340)، والبخاري (6412) عن مكي بن إبراهيم، بهذا الإسناد. فاستدراك الحاكم له ذهولٌ منه.
Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad (4/2340) and Imam al-Bukhari (6412) narrated it via Makki bin Ibrahim, with this same chain.
Note / Clarification: Since this hadith is already in Sahih al-Bukhari, Imam al-Hakim's making an istidrak of it is an oversight (dhuhul) on his part.
وأخرجه أحمد 5/ (3207)، والبخاري بإثر (6412)، وابن ماجه (4170)، والترمذي (2304)، والنسائي (11800) من طرق عن عبد الله بن سعيد به. وقال الترمذي: حسن صحيح.
Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad (5/3207), Imam al-Bukhari immediately after (6412), Ibn Majah (4170), al-Tirmidhi (2304) and al-Nasa'i (11800) narrated it through various routes from 'Abd Allah bin Sa'id. Imam al-Tirmidhi graded it "hasan sahih".
