Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 7678

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever visits a sick person whose appointed time has not yet come and says seven times: 'As'alullaha al-'Azim, Rabba al-'Arshi al-'Azim, an yashfiyak' (I ask Allah the Mighty, Lord of the Mighty Throne, to heal you), he will be healed, provided that his appointed time has not arrived."
