حدثنا محمد بن إبراهيم بن الفضل المزكِّي، حدثنا إبراهيم بن أبي طالب، حدثنا عبد الوارث بن عبد الصمد، حدثني أبي، حدثنا المُشمعِلُّ، عن عمرو ابن سُليم، عن رافع بن عمرو (3) قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "العَجُوةُ والصَّخْرَةُ والشَّجرةُ من الجنَّة" (4).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The ajwah date, the Rock (the rock of Bayt al-Maqdis) and the Tree are from Paradise."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

(3) وقع الإسناد في النسخ الخطية هكذا: "المشمعل بن عمرو قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ … "، والتصويب من "إتحاف المهرة" (4568)، و "تلخيص الذهبي".
Important point: In the handwritten manuscripts the chain occurred like this: "al-Mushma'ill bin Amr said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: …", while its correction has been made from Ibn Hajar's "Ithaf al-Maharah" (4568) and al-Dhahabi's "Talkhis".
(4) رجاله ثقات معروفون غير عمرو بن سليم، وقد سلف الكلام عليه برقم (6630).
Grading: All its narrators are well-known thiqah (trustworthy) narrators except "Amr bin Sulaym", and a detailed discussion about him has already passed under hadith number (6630).
