حدَّثَناه أبو الوليد الفقيه، حدثنا أحمد بن الحسن بن عبد الجبار، حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد الأُموي، حدثني أبي، عن عبد الله بن سعيد المَقبُري، عن جدِّه، عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "ذكاةُ الجَنينِ ذكاةُ أمِّه" (1).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The slaughter of the fetus is the slaughter of its mother."

(1) إسناده ضعيف جدًّا، عبد الله بن سعيد بن كيسان المقبري متروك، وبه أعله الذهبي في "تلخيصه".
Grading: Its chain is "da'if jiddan" (extremely weak).
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Abdullah bin Sa'id bin Kaysan al-Maqburi is a "matruk" (abandoned) narrator, and on this basis al-Dhahabi declared it defective in his "Talkhis".
وأخرجه الدارقطني في "سننه" (4739) من طريق عمر بن قيس المكي، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن طاووس، عن ابن عباس، عن أبي هريرة. وهذا إسناد لا يفرح به، عمر بن قيس المكي المعروف بسندل متروك.
Reference / Source: It was narrated by al-Daraqutni in his "Sunan" (4739) through the route of Umar bin Qays al-Makki.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Umar bin Qays al-Makki (Sandal) is "matruk", so this chain is of no use.
