حدَّثَناه أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا أبي ومحمد بن نُعيم وأحمد بن سَلَمة، قالوا: حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم، أخبرنا عتَّاب بن بَشير، حدثنا عبيد الله بن أبي زياد القدَّاح، عن أبي الزُّبير، عن جابر بن عبد الله، عن رسول الله ﷺ قال: "ذكاةُ الجنينِ ذكاةُ أُمِّه" (1).

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The slaughter of the fetus is the slaughter of its mother."

(1) صحيح لغيره، وهذا إسناد حسن في المتابعات والشواهد من أجل عبيد الله بن أبي زياد القداح. إسحاق بن إبراهيم: هو ابن راهويه.
Grading: This narration is "sahih li-ghayrihi", and in corroborating chains this chain is "hasan" because of Ubaydullah bin Abi Ziyad al-Qaddah.
Note / Clarification: Ishaq bin Ibrahim refers to "Ibn Rahwayh".
وأخرجه الدارمي (2022)، وأبو داود (2828)، والطبراني في "الأوسط" (8099) من طرق عن إسحاق بن راهويه بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: It was narrated by al-Darimi (2022), Abu Dawud (2828) and al-Tabarani in "al-Awsat" (8099) through the route of Ishaq bin Rahwayh.
