الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا مَا حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا

أخبرني إسماعيل بن محمد بن الفضل بن محمد الشَّعراني، حدثنا جدِّي، حدثنا إبراهيم بن حمزة، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن محمد، عن كَثير بن زيد، عن الوليد بن رَبَاح، عن أبي هريرة، أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: "الصُّلحُ جائزٌ بينَ المسلمين" (1). شاهدُه حديث عَمرو بن عوف (2)، وبه يعرف:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Reconciliation between Muslims is permissible." A supporting report (shahid) for this hadith is the hadith of Sayyiduna Amr bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him), and through it this (meaning) is known:

Grading: This narration is "sahih li-ghayrihi", and this chain is "hasan".
