It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that two men laid claim to a camel, and each of them produced two witnesses, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) divided that camel between the two of them.
This hadith too is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.

Grading: This narration too is "mu'all" (defective) for the reasons mentioned earlier. Reference / Source: Abu Dawud (3615) narrated it via Hajjaj bin Minhal from Hammam bin Yahya with this same chain.
