أخبرني عبد الله بن محمد بن موسى، حدثنا إسماعيل بن قُتيبة، حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شَيْبة، حدثنا عبد الأعلى، حدثنا مَعمَر [عن الزُّهْري] (3) عن سعيد بن المسيّب، عن عبد الله بن عمرو، أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قال: "إنَّ المُقسِطِين في الدنيا على منابرَ من لُؤلُؤ يومَ القيامة بين يَدَيِ الرحمن ﷿ بما أقسَطوا في الدنيا" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين، وقد أخرجاه جميعًا (2).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, those who act justly in this world will be on pulpits of pearls on the Day of Resurrection, before the Most Merciful, the Mighty and Majestic, in return for their justice in the world."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), and both of them have recorded it in their books.

Note / Clarification: The part between the brackets was missing from our manuscripts; we have completed it from "Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah" (13/127) and the other sources of referencing.

Grading: Its chain is sahih.
وأخرجه أحمد 11/ (6485)، والنسائي (5886) عن عبد الأعلى بن عبد الأعلى السامي، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad (11/6485) and Imam al-Nasa'i (5886) narrated it via Abd al-A'la bin Abd al-A'la al-Sami with this same chain.
وأخرجه أحمد أيضًا (6897) عن عبد الرزاق عن معمر، به.
Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad also narrated it at (6897) via Abd al-Razzaq from Ma'mar.
وخالف معمرًا شعيبُ بن أبي حمزة، فرواه عن الزهري به موقوفًا على عبد الله بن عمرو.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Shu'ayb bin Abi Hamzah differed from Ma'mar; narrating it from al-Zuhri, he made it 'mawquf' on Abd Allah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) (his own saying).
وهذه الطريق أخرجها أبو اليمان في "نسخته عن شعيب" برقم (27)، وأشار إليها النسائي بإثر الحديث (5886).
Reference / Source: Abu al-Yaman narrated this route in "Nuskhat Shu'ayb" (27), and Imam al-Nasa'i pointed to it after hadith number (5886).
وأخرجه أحمد (6492)، ومسلم (1827)، والنسائي (5885)، وابن حبان (4484) و (4485) من طريق عمرو بن أوس، عن عبد الله بن عمرو مرفوعًا بلفظ: "المقسِطون عند الله يوم القيامة على منابر من نور عن يمين الرحمن ﷿، وكِلتا يديه يمين، الذين يعدلون في حكمهم وأهليهم وما وَلُوا".
Grading: This is a sahih marfu' narration.
Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad (6492), Muslim (1827), al-Nasa'i (5885) and Ibn Hibban (4484, 4485) narrated it via Amr bin Aws from Abd Allah bin Amr as marfu' with these words: "The just will be with Allah on the Day of Resurrection on pulpits of light at the right hand of the Most Merciful, and both His hands are right (blessed); they are those who act justly in their judgements, with their families, and in what they are put in charge of."
