Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 7101

It is narrated from Mus'ab bin Abdullah al-Zubayri that among these women is Sayyidah Umm Rimthah (or Rumaythah) bint Amr bin Hashim bin Abd al-Muttalib. She is the mother of Hakim (the father of al-Qa'qa' bin Hakim), who belonged to the Azd tribe and was an ally of Banu Abd al-Muttalib. She accepted Islam, gave the pledge of allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), lived on after him (peace and blessings be upon him) and narrated reports.
