Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: Its chain is weak.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Al-Hasan bin Bishr is "da'if", and we could not find a biography (tarjamah) of his shaykh Sa'dan bin al-Walid, so he is "majhul", not known.
Reference / Source: Al-Bayhaqi narrated it in "Shu'ab al-Iman" (5545) from Abu Abdullah al-Hakim, with this same chain.
Details of the narration: Abu Sa'id bin Abi 'Amr was paired with al-Hakim as a co-narrator, and it was placed in the Musnad of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), in which he relates the story of Umm Hani (may Allah be pleased with her).
Reference / Source: Likewise al-Tabarani narrated it in "al-Awsat" after narration no. (6934), and in "al-Saghir" (951), through Muhammad bin al-Husayn bin al-Bastanban, from al-Hasan bin Bishr.
Details of the narration: Abu 'Awanah narrated it in his "Sahih" (8381) and al-Tabarani in "al-Kabir" (11338) via Talhah bin 'Amr, from 'Ata', from Ibn Abbas, as marfu': "Vinegar is an excellent condiment."
Grading: Abu 'Awanah declared the narrator Talhah bin 'Amr, who is in its chain, weak.
Reference / Source: Al-Tirmidhi narrated it in "al-Jami'" (1841) and "al-'Ilal al-Kabir" (569) via Abu Hamzah Thabit al-Thumali (Thabit bin Abi Safiyyah), from al-Sha'bi, from Umm Hani (may Allah be pleased with her), and called it "hasan gharib" from this route.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): According to Imam al-Bukhari, al-Sha'bi's hearing from Umm Hani (may Allah be pleased with her) is not established; moreover, Abu Hamzah al-Thumali is weak according to the majority of the hadith scholars, and even "matruk" according to some.
Important point: The narration "Vinegar is an excellent condiment" is originally in Sahih Muslim (2051, 2052) from 'A'ishah and Jabir (may Allah be pleased with them), and according to Jabir's narration this incident took place at the home of one of the Pure Wives, not at the home of Umm Hani (may Allah be pleased with her).
