سمعت أبا العبّاس محمد بن يعقوب يقول: سمعتُ العبّاس بن محمد الدُّوري، يقول: سمعتُ يحيى بن معين يذكر حديث ثابت عن أنس: أنَّ أم إبراهيم كانت تتهم برجل، فأمر النَّبيّ ﷺ بِضَرْبِ عُنقه، فنظروا فإذا هو مجبوبٌ. قلت ليحيى: مَن حدَّثك؟ قال: عفَّانُ، عن حماد بن سَلَمة (1).
Abbas bin Muhammad al-Duri relates that he heard Yahya bin Ma'in mention this hadith of Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): that an accusation was made against the mother of Ibrahim concerning a certain man, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that he be killed, but when he was examined, he was found to be devoid of manhood (majbub).

وأخرجه أحمد 21/ (13989)، ومسلم (2771) من طريق عفان بن مسلم، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Ahmad (21/13989) and Muslim (2771) narrated it by way of 'Affan bin Muslim, with this chain.
واستدراك الحاكم له ذهولٌ منه.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Al-Hakim's including it (in al-Mustadrak) is an oversight on his part (since it is already in Sahih Muslim).
Grading: Its chain is sahih.
