(1). It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Ahnaf bin Qays (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "I have heard the sermons of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab, Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan and Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with them), and of the caliphs after them, one after another, up to this very day, yet I have not heard from the mouth of any human being speech more eloquent and more beautiful than the speech of Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her)."
