Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 6867

It is narrated from Abdullah bin Ziyad al-Asadi; he said: I heard Sayyiduna Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) swear by Allah that she (Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her)) is indeed his (peace and blessings be upon him) wife in this world and in the Hereafter.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), and they did not record it.

Reference / Source: It was narrated by Ahmad 30/ (18331) and al-Bukhari (3772) and (7101) through the route of Abu Wa'il Shaqiq bin Salamah, who said: When Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) sent Ammar and al-Hasan (may Allah be pleased with them both) to Kufah to mobilise the people (for battle), Ammar gave a sermon and said: I certainly know that she (A'ishah, may Allah be pleased with her) is his (peace and blessings be upon him) wife in this world and the Hereafter, but Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has tested you to see whether you follow him (Ali / the truth) or her (A'ishah).
Note / Clarification: This hadith will come later as marfu' from the narration of A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) at numbers (6878) and (6892).
