It is narrated from Mus'ab bin Abdullah al-Zubayri that Fadalah bin Wahb bin Urwah bin Bujayr bin Malik bin Qays bin Amir bin Layth, whose mother was the daughter of Kaysan bin Amir al-Utwari, had the kunyah Abu Abdullah, and he moved to Basrah.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Verification of names: In our manuscripts this name is written "'Urwah", and it is the same in Khalifah's "Tabaqat" (pp. 30 and 174) and in Ibn Qani's "Mu'jam al-Sahabah" (2/ 325). However, in Ibn 'Abd al-Barr's "al-Isti'ab" it is written "Bahrah" (or "Bajrah"), and Imam Ibn al-Athir in "Usd al-Ghabah", Imam al-Mizzi in "Tahdhib al-Kamal" and al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar in "al-Isabah" followed that.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): The manuscripts have "bin Fadalah", i.e. the word "bin" has been wrongly inserted, which is not correct.
