اُردوEn
أخبرَناه أبو العباس محمد بن أحمد المحبوبي، حَدَّثَنَا سعيد بن مسعود، حَدَّثَنَا عُبيد الله بن موسى، أخبرنا إسرائيل، عن المِقْدام بن شُريح، عن أبيه قال: سمعتُ عائشةَ تُقسِمَ بالله ما رأَى أحدٌ رسولَ الله ﷺ يبول قائمًا منذ أُنزِلَ عليه الفُرقان (2).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه، والذي عندي أنهما لِمَا اتَّفقا على حديث منصور عن أبي وائل عن حُذيفة: أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ أَتى سُبَاطةَ قوم فبال قائمًا (3)، وَجَدَا حديث المقدام عن أبيه عن عائشة معارِضًا له فترَكاه، والله أعلم. وله شاهد من حديث المكيِّين:
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه، والذي عندي أنهما لِمَا اتَّفقا على حديث منصور عن أبي وائل عن حُذيفة: أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ أَتى سُبَاطةَ قوم فبال قائمًا (3)، وَجَدَا حديث المقدام عن أبيه عن عائشة معارِضًا له فترَكاه، والله أعلم. وله شاهد من حديث المكيِّين:
Al-Miqdam bin Shurayh narrates from his father that he heard Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) swearing by Allah that from the time the Qur'an was revealed to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), no one saw him (peace and blessings be upon him) urinating standing.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs did not record it. In my view, they left it because this narration of Sayyidah Aishah apparently conflicted with the narration of Sayyiduna Hudhayfah in which it is established that he (peace and blessings be upon him) urinated standing. And Allah knows best.
