حدثنا أبو العبّاس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا محمد بن عبد الحَكَم، حدثنا خالد بن نِزَار الأَيْلي، حدثنا محمد بن صالح التَّمَّار، عن ابن شِهاب، عن سعيد بن المسيّب، عن عتَّابُ بن أَسِيد: أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قَالَ في زكاة الكُرُوم: "إنها تُخرَصُ كما يُخرَصُ النخلُ، ثم تُؤدَّى زكاتُه زَبيبًا كما تُؤدَّى زكاةُ النخلِ تمرًا" (1). ذكرُ شدّاد بن الهادِ ﵁-
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Attab bin Asid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said concerning the zakah of vineyards: "They are to be estimated (khars) just as date palms are estimated, then their zakah is to be paid in the form of raisins, just as the zakah of date palms is paid in the form of dried dates (tamr)."

(1) رجاله لا بأس بهم وهو منقطع بين سعيد بن المسيب وعتاب فإنه لم يسمع منه، لكن مراسيل سعيد بن المسيب من أقوى المراسيل كما هو مقرَّر عند أهل العلم. وصحَّحه ابن خزيمة برقم (2316).
Grading: Its narrators are acceptable, although there is a break (inqita') between Sa'id bin al-Musayyib and 'Attab, since he did not hear from him.
General principle: It is established among the scholars that the mursal narrations of Sa'id bin al-Musayyib are the strongest of all mursal narrations. Imam Ibn Khuzaymah graded it sahih at number (2316).
وأخرجه أبو داود (1604)، والترمذي (644 م)، وابن حبان (3279) من طريق عبد الله بن نافع، عن محمد بن صالح التمار، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Abu Dawud (1604), al-Tirmidhi (644 M) and Ibn Hibban (3279) recorded it through the chain of 'Abd Allah bin Nafi' from Muhammad bin Salih al-Tammar, by this same route.
وأخرجه أبو داود (1603)، والنسائي في "المجتبى" (1618) من طريق عبد الرحمن بن إسحاق، عن ابن شهاب الزهري، به.
Reference / Source: Abu Dawud (1603) and al-Nasa'i in "al-Mujtaba" (1618) recorded it through the chain of 'Abd al-Rahman bin Ishaq from Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri.
