حدثنا أبو العبّاس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا أحمد بن عبد الجبَّار، حدثنا يونس بن بُكَير، عن ابن إسحاق، في ذِكْر عبد الله بن عبد الله بن أُبيٍّ ابنِ سَلُولَ، قال ابن إسحاق: وسَلَولُ امرأةٌ، وهي أمُّ أُبيٍّ، وهم بَنُو الحُبلَى (1). ذكرُ النعمان بن قَوقَل الأنصاري ﵁-

It is narrated from Ibn Ishaq, in his mention of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abdullah bin Ubayy bin Salul (may Allah be pleased with him), that he said: "Salul" was a woman; she was the mother of Ubayy, and these people belong to "Banu al-Hubla".
(After this) there is mention of Sayyiduna al-Nu'man bin Qawqal al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him).

(1) الحُبلَى: لقبٌ لجدِّهم سالم بن غنم، لُقِّب بذلك لعِظَم بطنه. "جمهرة ابن حزم" ص 354.
