Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 6634

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abdullah bin Ubayy bin Salul (may Allah be pleased with him) that he sought permission from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to kill his father, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade him from that.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: Like the previous narration this too is "hasan li-ghayrihi"; all its narrators are thiqah (trustworthy) except Muhammad bin Abi al-Sari (Muhammad bin al-Mutawakkil al-'Asqalani), who is saduq (truthful).
Important point: Ibrahim bin Yusuf is "al-Hisinjani".
