Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 6382

Muhammad bin Umar (al-Waqidi) states that Sayyiduna Hind bin Harithah al-Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) was present with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) at al-Hudaybiyah, and he died in Madinah during the caliphate of the Commander of the Believers Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). According to one view, they were eight brothers, all of whom were honoured with the companionship of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and took part in the Pledge of Ridwan. Their names are: Asma', Hind, Khidash, Dhu'ayb, Humran, Fadalah, Salamah and Malik, the sons of Harithah.
